The pursuit of Quality of the highest order (see our Quality Policy Statement) is a constant goal for Options. Prior to the Health & Safety OHSAS 18001 award, Options was accredited to the Quality standard ISO 9001 and these two now have now been integrated to form our Business Management System.
Quality is measured on a daily basis by means of internal and client audits with external audits being carried out on an annual rolling programme by the various bodies to which we are accredited.
Our Quality performance is reviewed monthly at Board level comparing the information gathered from these audits against the targets set in our company objectives.
